How do raffles work?
Our raffle system operates entirely on the Solana blockchain. To participate, you'll purchase tickets using SOL cryptocurrency.
Each raffle has a minimum threshold of tickets that must be sold before a winner can be selected. Once this minimum threshold is met, our smart contract automatically selects a winner at the end of the raffle timer, using a verifiable random selection process on the blockchain.
This ensures complete transparency and fairness in the selection process.
What can I win?
Currently, our platform focuses on luxury watches and fine jewelry from prestigious brands. Each item is thoroughly authenticated and comes with complete documentation.
In the near future, we'll be expanding our offerings to include designer accessories, luxury electronics, and other high-end items. All items are carefully selected for their quality, authenticity, and desirability.
Tickets & Payment
How do I buy tickets?
The process is straightforward: First, connect your crypto wallet (i. e. Phantom) to our platform.
Browse our active raffles and select the one you're interested in. Choose how many tickets you'd like to purchase, and confirm the SOL payment from your wallet.
The transaction will process nearly instantly, and you'll receive immediate confirmation of your ticket purchase on both the platform and the blockchain.
What's the ticket price?
Ticket prices are set in SOL and vary depending on the value of the raffled item.
Each transaction includes a small gas fee for processing on the Solana blockchain, typically around 0.00025 SOL.
The exact ticket price is clearly displayed on each raffle page before purchase. We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden fees or additional charges beyond the gas fees required for blockchain transactions.
Are there minimum or maximum ticket purchases?
We don't set a maximum limit on ticket purchases – you can buy as many tickets as you'd like for any raffle. Exception applies to very limited and rare raffles.
However, each raffle has a minimum threshold of total tickets that must be sold before a winner can be selected. This threshold ensures fair value for all participants.
Once purchased, tickets are final and non-transferable, as they're linked to your wallet address on the blockchain.
What about gas fees?
Gas fees on Solana are remarkably low, typically around 0.00025 SOL per transaction. These fees are paid automatically when you purchase tickets and are required by the Solana network to process transactions.
You'll pay one gas fee per transaction, not per ticket, so buying multiple tickets in a single transaction can be more cost-effective.
Wallet & technical Requirements
Which wallet do I need?
Any crypto wallet (i. e. Phantom) is supported for participating in our raffles. It's a secure, user-friendly wallet specifically designed for the Solana blockchain.
You'll need to install it, fund it with sufficient SOL for tickets and gas fees, and keep it updated.
We've chosen Phantom as an example for its reliability, security features, and seamless integration with our platform.
What are the technical requirements?
You'll need a modern web browser and stable internet connection to participate. Our platform is optimized for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, though any current browser should work fine.
Mobile users can access the platform through their device's browser or the crypto wallet mobile app. The platform is designed to be responsive and work seamlessly across devices.
Raffle Process
How are winners selected?
Winner selection is fully automated through our smart contract on the Solana blockchain. Once a raffle meets its threshold, the smart contract uses verifiable random selection to choose a winning ticket.
This process is transparent and can be verified by anyone on the blockchain.

How does the threshold system work?
Each raffle requires a minimum number of tickets to be sold before a winner can be selected. This threshold ensures fair value for the raffled item and platform sustainability.
You can see the progress toward the threshold in real-time on each raffle page.
If a raffle doesn't meet its threshold by the end date, all ticket purchases are eligible for refund.
How long do raffles run?
Standard raffles typically run a couple of days, while some special raffles may extend several days and weeks even.
All timeframes are clearly displayed on the raffle page and countdown timers keep you informed of remaining time.
Winning & Claims
How will I know if I've won?
Winners are notified through multiple channels.
You'll be able to check on the platform, and we'll attempt to contact you through Twitter after you submit your X.com handle over the prize claim function on our platform.
The winning ticket information is also publicly visible on the blockchain for verification.
The winners X handle will be encrypted in the transaction and only able to be decrypted by our team, ensuring anonymity.
What's the claim process?
If you win, you'll need to contact us through Twitter (@viralvault_gg) and also confirm your username on our platform (encrypted) within 48 hours to initiate your claim.
We'll guide you through identity verification and collect your shipping information.
The process is designed to be straightforward while ensuring security and proper prize delivery. Be prepared to provide necessary documentation to verify your identity.
What happens if I miss the claim window?
The 48-hour claim window is crucial for efficient prize distribution.
If you anticipate any issues meeting this timeframe, contact us immediately. Late claims are reviewed case-by-case, but we cannot guarantee accommodations.
Referrals
When can I claim my referral rewards?
Referral rewards can only be claimed after the raffle has successfully completed, the winner has been drawn, and all verifications are done. If a raffle gets cancelled for any reason, referral rewards for that raffle won't be eligible for claiming.
How do I track my referral earnings?
You can track all your referral earnings in your referral dashboard. This shows pending earnings from active raffles, available earnings ready to claim, and your history of claimed rewards. You'll also see the total amount of tickets sold through your referral link.
Free Giveaways
How do I qualify for free giveaways?
To qualify for free giveaways, you need to be actively participating on official raffles.
All your entries from the platform launch onwards count towards this qualification.
The platform will announce specific eligibility thresholds for each free giveaway based on the value of the giveaway item, which may require users to have accumulated a specified number of previously acquired tickets.
Shipping & Delivery
How does domestic shipping work?
For winners in the United States, we provide free FedEx or UPS shipping with full insurance coverage.
All shipments require signature upon delivery for security.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, and you'll receive tracking information to monitor your prize's journey.
We use discrete packaging to ensure secure delivery.
What about international shipping?
As mentioned, as of right now we don't support international winners but if someone wins, then following applies:
International winners are responsible for shipping costs, import duties, and any local taxes. We'll provide a shipping quote based on your location, and you can choose your preferred shipping method.
International delivery typically takes at least 14 business days, not including potential customs delays. We'll assist with customs documentation, but you're responsible for handling local import requirements.
How are items packaged and insured?
All items are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Every shipment includes full insurance coverage and requires signature confirmation.
For valuable items, we use additional security measures and discrete packaging.
You'll receive detailed tracking information and insurance documentation.
Refunds & Support
When can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if a raffle doesn't meet its minimum threshold when a raffle has ended.
All refunds are processed in SOL back to your original wallet when you claim them.
Losing a raffle won't make you eligible for a refund.
How does the refund process work?
To claim a refund, connect your wallet to the platform and visit the refund section on the raffle.
Submit your claim, and after verification, you'll receive your SOL back minus gas fees. The process is automated through our smart contract, ensuring quick and accurate refunds.
Keep in mind you'll need to pay a small gas fee to process the refund transaction.
What kind of support is available?

We handle general inquiries within 24 hours, urgent matters within 4 hours, and technical issues within 12 hours. Winners receive priority support.
