Refund Eligibility

Refunds available for ended raffles and unmet thresholds. Claims processed through platform to original wallet.

Qualifying Situations

Refunds can be claimed in the following situations:

  • When a raffle has ended without meeting its required ticket threshold

  • When the minimum number of required ticket sales was not achieved by the end of the raffle period

Refund Process

  • Users with refund-eligible tickets can claim their refunds through the platform

  • Refunds are sent directly back to the same wallet that made the original purchase

  • Network transaction fees may apply to the refund process

Important Notes

  • The full ticket purchase amount will be refunded (minus network fees)

  • All refund transactions are recorded on the blockchain for transparency
