Connect wallet, submit claim through platform. Automated processing with blockchain verification, immediate SOL return.
Process Steps
Connect the wallet you originally used to participate in the raffle
Navigate to the "expired" raffle section
If eligible and the situation qualified, submit your refund claim
Pay the small gas fee to process the transaction
Receive your SOL back to your wallet
Important Notes
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, you have to cover the transaction fees. Therefore, keep sufficient SOL for gas
Gas fees won't be refunded as they're paid to the Solana network
You will need to manually check raffle statuses and refund eligibility for now. At a later stage, participants will get notified
Save your transaction IDs for safety reasons
Contact support if you encounter any issues during the refund process
